yacht transport

Post by fischkopp39 »

hi

i will buy a sailingyacht in glasgow and bring it to germany
the way around was long, so i think, a tranport from Clydebank to South Queensferry on a truck was the best.

the price from a company was 500GBP fpr 50 miles
i think it is realy expensive and the crane comes extra

Anybody knows a favorable freight forwarder

The boat is 35 feet long und 12 fuss breit

I used this website to get a few quotes:

https://www.deliveryquotecompare.com/boat-transport/

A company in Hull replied that seemed the most reasonable and professional.

Hope that helps!
