Agree with you about the 40 night maximum - that's bonkers!

I reckon you'll be fine - but don't hold me to it if you're not :(

MDL have to fourty night rule and not realising it when we took a contract berth I later mentioned it to the office that we were living aboard their reply was it's only there so they could turf out unruly people living onboard and happily accepted us living there.
